General Chatroom Rules:

1. You need to be an official Ranger. If you have not joined yet, see this as an official invitation. Join our Facebook group for updates and more from the Risembool Ranger community. 

2. Be respectful of the moderators.

3. If asked to drop or change a subject, please do so.

4. This chat is a Drama-Free Zone.

5. All links, pictures, and .gifs must go in #Media-Sharing. Small exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no spamming allowed.

6. Keep spoilers out until the media has been available for more than a few weeks. Spoilers MUST go beneath a spoiler tag until the media has been out for six months.

7. No personal information (home addresses, phone numbers, etc.) is to be exchanged publicly in the server.

8. No political or religious debates in the server.

9. This chat is Family Friendly. Family Friendly is defined as follows:
       a- You may not post content that is not suitable for a young audience, including strong sexual references.
       b- You must not use strong language or post links to anything containing strong language.
       c- As an addendum to the above, while you may use "light" swear words, do not overuse them.
       d- Please avoid detailed discussions about alcoholic beverages.
       e- Do NOT post any images or emojis that depict obscene gestures. This includes flipping someone off.
       f- If you're unsure whether something you want to post falls within these guidelines, ask a mod. Err on the side of caution.

10. No story-based RPing. This is not an RP server.

11. Server-wide pings are strictly prohibited for all but staff.

12. No selling or advertising as a general rule.

13. No vague-posting. If you can't offer an explanation, don't say it.

14. If a mod DMs you about your behavior, you have a half-hour grace period to respond. After that, you will be muted until we receive a response. Blocking a moderator will be considered a disregard for the rules. Our bans are firm, final, and irreversible.

Ban-worthy Behavior:

(Please note, that a lot of these behaviors are not ONLY worthy of being banned, but also illegal. Anyone caught doing one or any of these will not only be banned, but will have their account usernames reported to Discord for further legal actions.) 

1. Doxxing: Doxing is the internet-based practice of researching and broadcasting private or identifiable information (especially personally identifiable information) about an individual or organization.

2. Swatting: Once finding out the personal information of a user, the action or practice of making a prank call to emergency services in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of armed police officers to a particular address.

3. Harassment. This includes: sexual, violent, emotional, discriminatory, racial, religious, cyber-terrorist/bullying, hate speech, or death threats.

4. Members with unacceptable names will not be permitted (i.e.: names that are offensive in nature, off-color, racist, homophobic, discriminatory, referring to death, violence, violence to others, harassment, or adult sex-yaoi, yuri, and hentai).

5. Personally insulting other users.

6. Flaming other users: Directly engaging in an argument which involves unfounded personal attacks by one or more parties because one does not like the opinions of another.

7. Inappropriate Jokes (i.e.: off-color, racist, homophobic, discriminatory, sexist, or otherwise offensive).​

8. Cybersex and picking up "dates" is not allowed in this chat. This is NOT a singles chat.

Finally, we leave you with this suggestion: have fun - because that's what the chatroom is all about! We want you to have fun and chat about anime that Vic was in or is going to be in. If not just Vic, talk to each other and pick topics everyone can enjoy. Please don't be shy! Meet and make new friends, because we love to talk with Rangers.
