Number 1: You need to be an official ranger in order to enter the chat room. Meaning you must be registered through the yahoo group. DO NOT invite non-members into the chat room.
Number 2: Moderators are in BOLD. If your settings are set to bold please just click the simple 'B' button on your settings.
Number 3: Have fun and chat about animes that Vic was in or going to be in. Or topics in which everyone can enjoy.
Number 4: No EMO! Emo is basically unnecessary emotion being expressed in a manner that would bring down a whole chat room mood. You may have had a tough day. Not saying we don't care, but expressing emo would violate rule number 1. ALSO FOR CLARIFICATION We will not discuss anything in the news that would bring down the mood of the room.
Number 5: No unwanted spamming. If you'd like to spam certain things you need to follow this instruction. ASK PERMISSION before spamming. Only a mod can give permission to spam a link. Also, spamming doesn't need to consist of a link. It could be about random things that basically people just don't want to hear about. Note: This is an English speaking chat room. If you want to speak a different language that you are comfortable with, please make another chat room.
Number 6: No spoiling of ANYTHING. That goes for anime, manga, books, comics, movies, tv shows, ect
Number 7: No personal information (home addresses, phone numbers) is to be exchanged publicly in the chat room. That is why they invented instant messages.
Number 8: No political or religious debates in the room. Not everyone believes the same thing and these two topics in particular seem to make people angry at each other, so let's keep them out.
Number 9: NO MULTIPLE SCREEN NAMES! Stick to one screen name.We know when there's a multiple.

If we think that certain behavior is out of hand, if a mod tells you to stop you need to stop. No questions asked. This means if we tell you to change the topic, do it because there's usually a valid reason.
